No. Vendor accounts are always free — your plan covers your business's usage, not your vendors'.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan on Vendor Portal is free for up to 30 active vendors. Paid plans start at $14.99 per month. Vendor Portal paid plans include a 30-day free trial, and Email Inbox plans include a 14-day free trial.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can move between plans at any time as your vendor list and approval needs grow.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for Starter, Growth and Business plans. Enterprise onboarding is scoped and quoted individually.
What happens after the free trial on Business?
You'll be notified before any charge.
